Shahzad Qamar is the CEO of Interloop Dairies Ltd and IRC Dairy Products (Pvt) Ltd. He has over 24 years of professional experience in Corporate, Operations and IT Management. His educational background and earlier professional experiences in IT and management have served him well to work at Interloop Limited as Executive Director MIS. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building something great proceeded him to the role of leading a new Dairy business line for Interloop Group. Shahzad has an attitude and approach to a philosophy that actively seeks change rather than waiting to adapt to change. His colleagues refer to him as ‘pragmatic influencer’ who can find order in chaos. His management mantra is to provide an environment where everyone has access to the leader, can share their points of view without apprehension and understand their responsibilities. Shahzad did his master’s in computer sciences from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has traveled to major parts of the world for work-related assignments and lives with his family in Lahore, Pakistan.

Iftikhar H Butt is the CEO of Momentum Logistics (Pvt.) Limited – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Interloop Holdings. Iftikhar’s experience spans over 10 years in Sales/Marketing and Business Management positions in the United Kingdom with companies like Travelex UK Limited and The Archive Warehouse Limited. Before joining Momentum Logistics, he was working at Agility as Director Commercials and was driving the business development objectives of Agility Pakistan, concerning sales, revenue and growth targets. During his tenure at Agility, he has worked with various Fortune 500 companies on their Supply Chain models to bring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Iftikhar Graduated as a Metallurgy Engineer from the University of Punjab, Pakistan in 2004 and later on pursued a Postgraduate degree in Technology Exploitation and Management from Queen Mary – University of London, UK. Zain Sadiq is the Chairman of PrintKraft (Pvt.) Limited and Vice President at Interloop Limited. He supervised setting up of Plant 4; Interloop’s cutting-edge LEED Gold Certified Hosiery manufacturing facility commissioned in 2018, and is currently looking after further expansion of Hosiery business by overseeing establishment of Plant 5, at Faisalabad. He started his professional career at Interloop Dairies Limited where he was member of the core team responsible for project visualization and establishment of a 2,500 milking heads dairy farm. Interloop Dairies, with the current herd size of 4,538 cattle, is one of the leading modern dairy farms in Pakistan. Zain graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2009 from Davidson College, North Carolina, USA. Having interest in finance, he pursued the Chartered Financial Analyst Certification after college and became Level 2 qualified.

He moved to Interloop Holdings and joined socks and socks in 2020 with a vision and determination of taking the company to new heights. Aligned with the commitment of the company towards sustainability, his focus is on upcycling and recycling methodologies and passing the same seed to his team. With reduced cost and improved productivity, socks and socks will emerge as a green constellation in the cluster of textile sector. Working on a 3D business model including Branding, Exports and E-commerce will prove to be the next billion chamber in the near future for this company. Ahsan Sheikh is the Vice President of Controls & Business Continuity with the Interloop Holdings Private Limited. He brings over 20 years of global experience in the domain of Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT & Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls and Governance. Prior to joining Interloop Holdings, he was working as a Head of Operational Risk & Controls with the National Bank of Kuwait.
He has held multiple senior-level positions at the Central Bank of Kuwait, Deloitte & Touche Middle East, Ernst & Young, Australian Trade Commission and Telstra Australia.
Ahsan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Canberra, Australia. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), ISO 22301 Lead Auditor & Lead Implementer.
Aaliya Khadijeh Dossa

Aaliya Dossa is Chief Executive Officer of Interloop Asset Management Limited. She has more than 25 years’ experience in Capital Markets in Pakistan, Canada and the UAE, across both Buy and Sell-side Equity and Fixed-Income. She holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Karachi, and her expertise spans Fundamental Research, Equity, Fixed-Income and Alternatives Strategy and Portfolio Management.
Prior to joining Interloop, Aaliya led Taurus Securities, Joint-Bookrunners with National Bank of Pakistan, on the landmark, USD1.2Bn Sukuk (Islamic Bond) issue, working in close co-ordination with the Regulators. She has comprehensive experience in entity valuations, equity research, financial planning and investment portfolio management for private individuals, retirement funds, and institutions. In her role as Chief Investment Officer at Arif Habib Investment Management Ltd. (now MCB-Arif Habib Investments), she was responsible for research, strategy, execution and monitoring. Prior to that, headed Equity Research, at National Investment Trust Ltd. the largest public sector Unit Trust (open-end Mutual Fund) in Pakistan.
Aaliya is a Member of the National Committee for Investment, Aga Khan University Foundation, Pakistan Branch.
She is keenly interested in discovering how data can be used for superior analytical insight. Aaliya is an avid reader, especially of history and biographies, with a special interest in women’s welfare and animal rights. She is presently compiling her mother’s awesome recipes, into a book and a blog.
