Printkraft successfully addressed a technical packaging requirement for Lotte Kolson, enabling the export of its Choco Pie from Pakistan to international markets, including Korea and China.

The assignment involved developing packaging on a specialized 450gsm Duplex board — a high-grammage material not available locally and initially creating machinery runability challenges. Through focused internal R&D and coordinated international trials over the course of a year, Printkraft developed a workable and reliable solution.

With the packaging successfully optimized, the product has now been launched for export. This development supports Lotte Kolson’s entry into additional markets and creates opportunities for higher production volumes going forward.
